seriously, I wake up today, on my day off, and I’m sick.

I’m off tomorrow as well, how nice of this stupid thing to wait on my day off to finish incubating. I bet I got it at work, too. Everyone comes in sick. Jerks. at least we have soup, I’m gonna wait for lunch time and call dave, see if he wants to have lunch together. some pho(i’mtoo lazy to find that squiggly O) sounds really good. But right now I think I’mgonna have some chamomile tea and stare at the ceiling until my neck stops hurting.

I should not go to bed until I’ve gone over the apartment five times after we have people over, apparently. I had to throw away a mostly full box of soup crackers, because it was left out over night and is most definitely infested with roaches now, and someone left a partly full thing of soup hiding under the coffee table. it was disgusting. and I’m mad, I wanted to eat some leftover soup but now I have to go buy some more crackers. Dave was the last person eating them, why didn’t he put them up? he is usually good about that. I do not know. I’m sad I had to waste food, I hate wasting food, I hate it a lot.
whatever, I’m just irritable because there’s no one here except Franklin, and he is a kitty.
my days off are crappy, I have three days off and none of them are on a weekend. This is really lame, it is just me and franklin until five thirty or later, and then dave gets home from research lab. I can request a schedule change but “to be with family” is apparently not a good enough reason.
seriously, I had to wake up at five in the morning on a sunday. I wouldn’t be quite so pissed off, but I didn’t know about this until twenty minutes before we left work on friday. awesome. And better yet, I don’t get my normal hours for comming in on my normal days, except they aren’t my normal days because i work a ten hour shift and get three days off. I’m still working training hours so I get to work five days instead of four. I don’t understand why they need us to come in on such short notice, or why we can’t go ahead and start our actual schedules
whatever. I’m gonna leave dave a message, I hope he washes clothes and dishes, because my next day off is tuesday.

also, it took me THREE HOURS to drive home yesterday. It usually takes thirty to forty-five minutes. why do I want to spell forty as fourty, seriously? Anyways, I was so pissed.
Dave made me stews and I ate it and I slept. then he woke me up and we played in the snow. Franklin doesn’t like snow, no sir.
we are dog sitting for our neighbor again, and timmy doesn’t like snow either. It is inconvienent, he needs to potty but he won’t. he thinks he is the alpha, it is akward.

The Texas state website on voting said I could get an emergency voter’s form and still vote yesterday. The state lied. I could not vote yesterday. Pissed!
I got over it but I was really mad.

There is nothing to do at work when there is down time, I’m going to start bringing my books.
It snowed Monday, it was crazy. I was worried about the roads but they were fine, for me, my neighbor said it took her nearly three times as long to get to work as usual.
It also expected to snow tomorrow. I wish I didn’t work Fridays but that shift hasn’t started yet, my class is still in training.
I’m putting off exchanging this game I got. I got it at Best Buy and I paid cash, I get it home and one of the disks is broken. But not physically, it just won’t write. I tried it on both our comps. I’m pissed about it, because it is to Black and White 2, which is why I bought the game. It also came with Command and Conquer Generals, its expansion, Lord of the Rings: The fight for middle Earth, and some other command and conquer game. It was lame
I’m gonna cuddle with Franklin now, he came up to say hi.
